Fresh Salmon Burgers

We made these last night for dinner and they were delish! Thanks Best Recipes Ever!

Salmon Burgers

Servings: 4


1 lb (454 g) salmon fillet (in 1 piece) or salmon fillets, skinned
1 small onion, grated
1/4 cup (50 mL) light mayonnaise
2 tbsp (25 mL) dry breadcrumbs
1 tbsp (15 mL) minced fresh parsley
1/2 tsp (2 mL) salt
1/4 tsp (1 mL) lemon juice
1/4 tsp (1 mL) pepper
1 dash hot pepper sauce
4 hamburger buns

Toss everything into the food processor. Make patties, toss on the grill at med-high heat (we used the indoor grill because I was worried they would fall apart).

We serves these on whole wheat kaisers with dill tasty!
